We are the member of USS Auction, the biggest and the most famous auto
auction in Japan, and other auto auctions in Japan.
Approximately 50,000 used cars are selling and buying every week in auto
auctions.
Therefore we will be able to "choose" the best used car for customers.

Auto Auctions by JTM.

Send us US$1,000- deposit by T/T.
If the cars will be more than US$10,000-, the deposit is US$2,000-
*Please tell us your full contact information (Company name, full name,
full address, telephone & Fax numbers). |

Once we have received the deposit, we will be able to bid used cars at
Auto Auctions. |

| 3. |
Please tell us the bidding number and CIF (C&F) price. |

We are going to bid the car at the auto auction. |

| 5. |
If the bidding is succeeded, we will send you the invoice indicating the
total price. Please send it back with your signature. |

| 6. |
Please send us the remaining balance payment within 5 business days.
All the bank charges (including incoming remittance chare) are borne by the buyer. |

As soon as we confirm the full payment, we will arrange the shipment for the next available shipment. |

We will send you the original B/L and the other documents by airmail. |

Cancellation
You can cancel the order before we purchase used cars the auto auctions.
The deposit (bank charges are deducted) will be refunded.
After we purchase cars, 20% of the total cost will borne by the buyer.
The remains (the amount you sent - [20% of the total cost + bank charges])
are refunded.
After ship leaves, no money will be refunded.
