JTM will not give out any personal or business information to third parties, unless required to do so by law, or for the purpose of shipping and clearing the vehicle.
JTM will not sell, give or exchange your information with any other business except with your permission.
From time to time JTM may undertake to send you details of promotions or specials, however this will be done by JTM and no third party will be privy to your information.

Payment

We only take Telegraphic Transfer.
Available Currency is USD (US Dollar), JPN (Japanese Yen), CAD (Canadian Dollar), EURO,
GBP (Great Britain Pound).

All the bank charges (including incoming remittance chare) are borne by the buyer.

Quotation Validity

The price we quote may vary according to the current exchange.
The quotation is valid for 15 days.

Cancellation

• <Auction>
  The deposit is not refundable after your bid is succeed.
  Please note that your deposit is refundable before your bid is succeed but the bank charges are deducted from the deposit.
  
  After your bid is succeed, we will send you the invoice indicated the total cost.
  You have to pay the total cost within 5 days, otherwise we consider that you cancel your order and the deposit is not refunded.
  
  
• <Ask Price>
  If you cancel before we purchase vehicles, cancellation is accepted.
  The payment (bank charges are deducted) will be refunded.
  
  After we purchase the vehicle, 20% of the total cost will borne by the buyer. The remains (the amount you sent [20% of the total cost + bank charges]) are refunded.
  
  After ship leaves, no money will be refunded.
  
  
• <Stock>
  If you cancel before the ship leaves, 20% of the total cost will borne by the buyer. The remains (the amount you sent [20% of the total cost + bank charges]) are refunded.
  
  After ship leaves, no money will be refunded.
