Import used vehicles to Malaysia;
- Only Members of PEKEMA (Reconditioned Car Importers Association) who have AP (Approved Permit).
- Only 2-5 years old cars
- By 2010, it is said that AP system will be abolished and anyone will be able to import used vehicles.
