1. Can I buy a car as a private buyer?
Yes, but we like to start building up very good business relationship with
you.
2. Can I buy a car which is not listed on your stock list?
Yes, please use Ask Price form. There are about 70,000 cars a week to choose from.
Please fill in the details of a car that you are looking for.
We will send you quotation.

3. Do you give any warranty for the cars?
No, we do not have warranty for every car based on as-is condition at the
time of sale.
However, we make sure that cars are in good condition (engine, transmission).

4. What is CIF and FOB?
CIF is all the cost included until landed to the destination Port.
FOB does not include marine insurance and shipping cost.

5. I cannot see the price of a car at the Auto Auction site.
You are not able to see the price of a car online due to the Auto Auction
rule.
Please tell us the lot number so that we will send you the details and results
6. I want to know the importing regulation in my country.
We have a importing regulation page about the importing regulation in some countries.
But these are based on the government website and importing regulations
are changing every year.
So we are not responsible for these information.
Please make sure importing regulation in your country.

7. How to make payment?
We only accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We do not take any credit cards,
cheque, or
other method.
All bank charges are borne by the buyers.
8. Where to send payment?
We will send you our bank information when we get your order.
9. Do you accept Credit Card?
Credit Cards payment is NOT available at this moment.
10. Do you deal with foreign currencies?
Yes, available currency is USD (US Dollar), JPY (Japanese Yen), CAD (Canadian
Dollar),
EURO and GBP (Great Britain Pound).
11. Do you accept L/C?
No, Letter of Credit payment is NOT available at this moment.
12. How can I see the prices in my currency?
You can calculate your currency exchange from http://www.xe.com/ucc/
13. What are your payment terms?
Payments must be made by T/T.

14. How long is your quotation is valid?
The price we quote may vary according to the current exchange. So it is
valid for 15 days.
If you get interested in purchasing cars from us long after we send you
the first quotation,
please ask us for quotation again.
15. How do I know I can trust you and pay you in advance?
There is our company registration number on About us page.
With this registration number you can confirm both our address and the
fact that
we are a legally registered and a legitimate company.

17. Can I find a Left Hand Drive Japanese Car?
No, All Japanese Cars are Right Hand Drive.
German Cars are Right and Left Hand Drive in Japan.
American Cars are Left Hand Drive.
18. Can you change steering wheels from right to left or find parts for
this conversion?
We do not make steering conversion or supply parts for conversion to left
hand drive.
The main reason is that we do not have such parts in Japan.
19. Send me your stock list and prices.
We do not have any car except those that are in our stock.
If you are looking for any particular car, please used Ask Price form.
Shipping
20. How fast can you ship my car?
We will able to arrange the shipment as soon as we confirm the payment.
21. How do I have shipping information of my car?
As soon as we confirm the shipment of your car, we will let you know.
22. How long will it take to ship may car to my country?
The delivery time differs depending on the destination. Normally 3 to 5
weeks.
Depending on the destination countries, it may be difficult to book the
space.
However we will do our best to ship your car for the next available ship.
23. When will I receive my shipping documents?
Once the vessel leaves from the port in Japan, the shipping company will
issue the shipping
documents (B/L). Then we will send you all necessary documents by EMS,
DHL or FedEx.
24. How do I track my documents?
We will let you know the tracking number as soon as we send out documents.
25. What kinds of documents will I receive?
We will send you ;
- B/L (Bill of Lading)
- Export Certificate
- Invoice
- JAAI inspection if necessary
26. How do I receive a car at the port?
When the cars are about to arrive at your location, the shipping company
will contact you
by phone or fax.
